DAY 133
Skype con Sara e Chiara, con cui mi è piaciuto particolarmente parlare (più di ogni altra volta), perchè non abbiamo parlato dell'America e della mia nuova vita qui (domande del tipo: com'è la famiglia? Com'è il cibo? Com'è la scuola?), ma abbiamo parlato delle cose di cui parleremmo normalmente se fossi a casa. Significa tanto per me sapere di essere aggiornata su quello che accade a Milano, dalle presentazioni che avete fatto in preparazione alla gita a Napoli, alla festa del VV, alla scuola, agli amici. Grazie!
Poi Barbara ed io stiamo a casa tutto il giorno a curare Justin ed Elora: preparo le patatine fritte, i biscotti (due volte perchè piacciono a tutti e vogliamo portarli ad amici la sera della Vigilia -- go Italy!), guardiamo Nemo, giochiamo a Just Dance, ci rincorriamo per la casa. Alla fine delle giornata sono stanca, anche se non sono uscita di casa e non ho mai tolto il pigiama. Domani faremo qualcosa di diverso Barbara ed io, magari shopping e Starbucks!
Prima di andare a dormire, guardiamo la semifinale di The Voice.
I Skype with Sara and Chiara, with whom I especially liked talking (more than any other time), because we have not talked about America and my new life here (Questions like: How's the family? How's the food? How's the school?), but we talked about the things that we would normally discuss if I were at home. It means so much to me, knowing to be updated on what happens in Milan, from the presentations you did in preparation for the trip to Naples, to the school party, to friends. Thank you!
Then Barbara and I are at home all day to watch Justin and Elora: I prepare french fries (that Barbara calls Belgium fries), biscotti (twice, because everyone like them and we want to bring them to friends on Christmas Eve - Go, Italy, go!), we watch Nemo, play to Just Dance, chase in the house. At the end of the day I am tired, even if I didn't even go out of the house and I stayed in my pajamas. Tomorrow Barbara and I will do something different, maybe shopping and Starbucks!
Before going to sleep, we watch the semifinal of The Voice.
