Beautiful sunset

Ho iniziato Track and Field, che è atletica, e che è molto duro. Dustin è stato molto gentile e disponibile a spiegarmi tutto, ma la corsa all'aperto, sul ghiaccio, per 45 minuti, mi ha distrutta: era pericoloso, perchè si scivolava troppo facilmente e faceva talmente freddo che una volta tornati a scuola, non riuscivo a muovere le labbra e mi sono rimasti i brividi fino a tarda sera quando, finalmente, mi sono messa sotto le coperte e sono entrata nel mondo dei sogni. Devo ancora decidere se questa pre-stagione fa per me...
I started Track and Field, and this is very hard. Dustin was very kind and helpful to explain me everything, but running outdoors, on ice, for 45 minutes, was destroying. It was also very dangerous for me, because it was too easy to slip and so cold that when we came back to school, I could not even move my lips and I was shivering until late in the evening when, finally, I got under the blankets and entered the world of dreams. I have yet to decide whether this pre-season is for me...

Per cena, Barbara ed io decidiamo di andare dal solito Mo Betta Gumbo, dove abbiamo il solito piatto, che non delude mai!

After dinner, Barbara and I decide to go to the usual Mo Betta Gumbo, where we have the usual meal, which never let us down!

Il barista si dimentica di mettere il caffè nella mia mocha (che risulta quindi una cioccolata calda), perciò torno indietro e, senza fare una piega ma scusandosi molto, me ne rifa una da capo!
The Barista forgets to put coffee in my mocha (so that it's a hot chocolate), so I come back and, without saying anything but apologizing, he makes me a new one!

Day70

GIORNO 70

La giornata si apre con un'alba mozzafiato.
Poi andiamo a scuola, in piscina (100 vasche!), al ristorante (questa volta il piatto è davvero molto piccante, fin troppo!) e al Coffee Tree per una mocha. Faccio una camminata nel vicinato e, quando torno, stretching, seguendo un tutorial su you tube. Barbara nel frattempo disegna e mi raggiunge per fare il "secondo round" di stretching: ci divertiamo molto!

DAY 70

The day starts with a breathtaking sunrise.

Then we go to school, to the pool (100 laps!), to the restaurant (this time the dish is very spicy, almost too much!) and to the Coffee Tree for a mocha. I take a walk in the neighborhood, and when I come back, I stretch, following a tutorial on you tube. 

In the meanwhile, Barbara is drawing and then she joins me to do the "second round" of stretching: we have fun together!
