GIORNO 67

Ora sono a casa e posso scrivere il blog con il computer. Purtroppo il mio cellulare è morto dopo la giostra "Splash Mountain" a Disneyland, quindi dovrò decidere se comprarne uno immediatamente o fare un "esperimento sociale" (sono tentata da questo): provare un mese senza, e notare quanto il cellulare sia effettivamente "padrone delle mie giornate". In questo caso, userei la macchina fotografica di Ann e Gary per immortalare i momenti più belli delle mie giornate, riuscendo così a continuare a postarle giorno per giorno. Vedremo!
Comunque sia, il viaggio è stato bellissimo: prima di tutto, abbiamo condiviso momenti speciali con i nostri host parents e le belle persone che ci hanno accolto (grazie Carol, Set e Mylta in particolare!). In secondo luogo, la città e tutte le attività che abbiamo fatto sono state piene ed entusiasmanti. 
Ora è abbastanza tardi, ma racconterò giorno per giorno qualcosa di Los Angeles in modo più approfondito nei prossimi post.

DAY 67

Now I'm at home and I can write the blog with my computer. Unfortunately, my phone died after the ride "Splash Mountain" at Disneyland, so I'll have to decide whether to buy one immediately or do a "social experiment" (I am tempted by this): try a month without it, and notice how the phone is actually "master of my days". In this case, I would use Ann and Gary's camera to capture the best moments of my days, and this would allow me to continue to blog daily. We will see!
However, the trip was wonderful: first of all, we shared special moments with our host parents and the beautiful people who welcomed us (thanks Carol, Set and Mylta in particular!). 
Secondly, the city and all the activities we did were full and exciting.
Now it's late in the night, but I'll write something more extensively about Los Angeles day by day  in the next posts.

Day60

GIORNO 60

Questa mattina passiamo l'aspirapolvere, disfiamo il letti e facciamo la polvere in camera: qui è tradizione pulire la casa prima di andare in vacanza, e quindi è arrivato il momento anche per noi, dato che martedì si parte per... Los Angeles!!!
Poi vado a correre e faccio la doccia, mentre il mio computer effettua l'upgrade a Windows 10 (è stato acceso tutta la notte e, dopo circa 20 ore, ce l'ha fatta!!!).
Nel pomeriggio viene Briana e ci aiuta a prepararci per l'homecoming. Scattiamo qualche foto e poi usciamo: la festa inizia alle 8 e finisce circa alle 11 (mi piacciono questi orari, molto migliori rispetto ai party italiani, che, per non so quale strana ragione, iniziano a mezzanotte e si protraggono fino alle 4 o 5 della mattina successiva!).
Briana, Will, Ann e Gary ci fanno una sorpresa e ci portano al ristorante: è un messicano e mangiamo davvero davvero bene!!! Grazie di cuore, per tutto!!!
Dire che mi diverto è dire poco: grazie a tutti per questa splendida serata, sarà sempre un ricordo vivo nel mio cuore!

DAY 60

This morning I vacuum, change the sheets in my bed and wipe the dust in my bedroom: here it is tradition to clean the house before going on vacation, and it's time for us, given that on Tuesday we leave for... Los Angeles!!!
Then I go running and take a shower, while my computer is upgrading to Windows 10 (it was on all night and, after about 20 hours, it did it!!!).
In the afternoon, Briana comes here and helps us preparing for the homecoming. We take some pics and then we go out: the party starts at 8 and ends at about 11 pm (I like these times, it's much better than the Italian parties, which, for whatever strange reason, start at midnight and last until 4 or 5 am!).
Briana, WIll, Ann and Gary do a surprise for us and they take us out for dinner: it' a mexican restaurant and we eat very very well!!! Thanks a lot, for everything!!!
I had so much fun: thank you all for this wonderful night, it will always be a vivid memory in my heart!
